These Terms of Use apply to the Norway Hidden Gems app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Austeja Sketeryte (the “Service Provider”), as a freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse-engineering of the Application or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
1. Use of the Application
The Service Provider may modify or update the Application at any time and reserves the right to charge for features, with prior notice if applicable.
2. Subscriptions
The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. Payments are charged to your Apple or Google account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your device’s account settings. Refunds are not provided for unused time.
3. Data and Security
The Application processes personal data necessary to provide its services. You are responsible for the security of your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting is discouraged and may affect functionality and security.
4. Third-Party Services

The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues or limitations caused by these third-party services.
5. Internet and Data Use
Some features require an internet connection. If the Application doesn't function fully due to lack of internet or mobile data, the Service Provider is not responsible.
You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile provider, including roaming. If you are not the bill payer, you are assumed to have obtained permission.
6. Device Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application becomes inaccessible due to device issues.
7. Accuracy and Updates
While we strive to keep the Application updated and accurate, the Service Provider relies on third-party sources and accepts no liability for any loss from relying on the Application’s content.
The Application may be updated to meet OS requirements or fix issues. You agree to accept updates. The Service Provider may also cease support at any time, in which case you must stop using and uninstall the Application.

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
